4. The New Orleans Arena is located in New Orleans, LA. Sales to this event will be restricted to residents of Louisiana, Mississippi, S. Alabama, and the panhandle of Florida. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside of this area will be canceled without notice and refunds given. No orders will be sent until after April 6, 2009.
